Q. Why do you have a SSL Certificate on your website? A. We have a SSL Certificate on our website simply because we believe in protecting your private information. When using a SSL Certificate, it encrypts or in other words "Scrambles" private information, which includes, any contacting information, and most importantly Bank information and Credit Card information. By using a SSL Certificate on our website, you the customer can be assured that your information will be encrypted/held in a SECURE manner. |

A. Yes, Any one, or even a group for that matter, may arrange to have a guided tour of the Coral Reef. This tour will be free of charge for everyone. Q. I dont see a product that flows my boat, but I have an idea of something I would like made, Can you do this? A. We most certainly can! All we need to have to get started is, YOUR IDEA, and FULL PAYMENT before we get started. This would not include the shipping fee, because we would have no idea the weight of the item until it's completed. We would then charge the shipping fee. You will be required to sign an agreement stating that you will pay for shipping, in the event you do not pay the shipping, there will be NO REFUNDS for the item that was made for you. This would fall under a SPECIAL ORDER. So once you order a custom piece, it's YOURS, and is NOT REFUNDABLE OR RETURNABLE under "ANY" circumstances. |
